Any graduate can apply for APPSC Group 1 exams as long as they meet all the parameters of eligibility criteria of the exam, which is:

1. The candidate should be Indian Citizen
2. Must have degree from a recognised Central/State university or an equivalent qualification
3. And meet the following criteria of Age Limit:
   1. Minimum Age – 18 years
   2. Maximum Age – 42 years
