Can anyone write TSPSC group 1 directly after completing a degree without writing and passing Group 4, 3, and 2?

I think you have been mistaken here. You don't need to pass Group 2, Group 3, or Group 4 to write TSPSC Group 1.

But, you have to meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • To apply for the TSPSC Group 1 Exam 2022, candidates have graduated from a recognized, incorporated, or formed institution under the Central Act, State Act, or Provincial Act.
  • Applicants must make sure they fulfill all the points of TSPSC Eligibility for Group 1 or they will be disqualified from the recruitment process.
  • Candidates should be of Indian Nationality to fulfill the TSPSC Eligibility for Group 1.

Apart from that, there are the different age limits for different posts and different age relaxation for different categories. You can check this in the official notification.

Other important points:

  • The TSPSC Group 1 educational requirements for some specialized courses are slightly different. For courses that require specialization in a certain industry, such as law and social work, the candidate will additionally be required to present a certificate of graduation in order to be considered for the desired post.
