TSPSC DAO Vacancy Details

Divisional Account Officer (Works) Grade-II in Director of Work Accounts Multi Zone-I has 28 vacancies and Multi Zone-II has 25 vacancies.

TSPSC DAO Age Limit

The minimum age limit is 18 years and the maximum age limit is 44 years. The age is reckoned as 01/07/2022. The details about upper age relaxation are available below:

  • For Telangana State Government Employees (Employees of TSRTC, Corporations, Municipalities, etc. are not eligible) - Upto 5 Years based on the length of regular service.
  • SC/ST/BCs & EWS - 5 years.
  • Ex-Servicemen - 3 years & length of service rendered in the armed forces.
  • N.C.C. (who has worked as Instructor in N.C.C.) - 3 Years & length of service rendered in the N.C.C.
  • Physically Handicapped persons - 10 years.
TSPSC DAO Educational Qualification

Students must possess a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act or a State Act or an Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission or any equivalent qualifications. 

TSPSC DAO Selection Process

The candidates for appointment to the posts will be chosen through a written examination (objective type) administered by a computer-based recruitment test (CBRT) or an offline OMR-based exam. The candidates selected for the posts will be determined by their performance in the writing test.

TSPSC DAO Fee Details

Applicants have to pay Rs 200/- as an application processing fee and Rs 120/- towards the examination fee. However, examination fees are not charged to all unemployed individuals and all government employees (Central / State / PSUs / Corporations / Other Government Sector) have to pay the examination fee. The written exam for the DAO post has two papers, Paper I is about General Studies and General Ability, it has a total of 150 questions and of 150 marks and Paper II is about Arithmetic and Mensuration (S.S.C. Standard ), it has 150 questions and of 300 marks. There is a total of 150 minutes available for each section.
