What is the level of the RRB NTPC CBT2 exam over CBT1?

What is going to be the level of RRB CB2 exam in comparison of RRB CBT1? What is the difference between two, let's find out:

RRB NTPC exam is being conducted in 6 different stages:

  • CBT I – Prelims
  • CBT II – Mains
  • Typing Test (Skill Test)

CBT 1 is just a term given for the preliminary exam of RRB NTPC and CBT 2 is for the mains. To understand the difference between the level of both, let's compare the examination pattern for both CBT I and CBT II:

RRB CBT 2 Exam Pattern

Mathematics - 35 Marks

Total - 120 Marks

Time Given: 90 Minutes

So, basically in CBT 2 exam, you have to attempt more questions than in CBT 1 exam in the same time. Also, the difficulty level of the CBT 2 exam might be slightly higher and questions can be more complicated while the syllabus is same for the both.

We assessed the difficulty level of RRB NTPC CBT 1 exam and it was fairly moderate for each subject. The exam wasn't too difficult and it wasn't too easy at the same time.
