The Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) is the body that conducts exams for those who wish to join the state civil service. The APPSC release notification almost every year. This year also the APPSC released the notification recently for various posts under all the APPSC Groups. For new notifications, candidates need to wait for a few months. The full detail of the recent notification is given below:
APPSC Group 1 notification: The APPSC released the notification on 01 Oct 2022 and the last date was 02 Nov 2022. The posts that come under this notification are Deputy Collector, Assistant Commissioner of State Tax, Mandal Parishad development officer, Deputy Supdt. of Police (Civil), Regional Transport Officers, Asst. Treasury Officer/Asst. Accounts Officer, Divisional /District Fire Officers in State Disaster Response & Fire Services, District Registrars in A.P. Registration and Stamps Service, and a few more. So, for new Group 1 notifications candidates need to wait.
APPSC Group 2 notification: The APPSC had not released the notification for Group 2 posts yet, but candidates can expect new notification soon for various high-ranked posts such as Municipal Commissioner Grade-III, Commercial Tax Officer, Deputy Tahsildars in A.P Land Revenue Subordinate Service, Extension Officer in A.P Handlooms and Textiles Subordinate Service, and more.
APPSC Group 3 notification: There is still no new notification released by the APPSC for Group 3 posts, but it is expected that soon the notification will be out for various posts like Panchayat Secretary Grade, Horticulture MPEOS, Assistant Statistical Officer, VRO, etc.
APPSC Group 4 notification: For various Group 4 posts the APPSC released a notification on 26/09/2022 and candidates can apply online till 19/10/2022. The posts candidates can apply for are Junior Assistant In Prisons and Correctional Services Department, Junior Assistant cum Typist In Prisons and Correctional Services Department, Typist in Women Development and Child Welfare Department, Typist in Sericulture Service, Steno/ Typist in Tribal Welfare Department, and Junior Stenographer in Labor Department.
