How to find previous year question papers of AP TET exam?

The AP TET exam conduct once a year and the notification of AP TET 2021 is to be expected in April or May. The exam will be conducted in July. The total number of posts and other important details about the exam will be updated soon by the Education Ministry of Andhra Pradesh. The exam will be a computer-based exam.

The AP TET 2021 will be conducted in two papers. Paper-1 for the candidates apply as a primary teacher from class I to class V and Paper-2 for the candidates applying for Class VI to class VIII. The registration for the AP TET 2021 will start soon.

AP TET Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

The educational qualification for Primary teachers is as follows:

· Senior Secondary pass with minimum 45% marks and pass in or still studying in the final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education

· Relaxation of 5% is available for SC/ST or Physically Disabled candidates.

· Senior secondary pass with minimum 50% marks and pass in or still studying the final year of 4 years Bachelor of Elementary Education

· Senior secondary with minimum 45% marks and pass in or still studying the 2-year Diploma in Special Education

· B.Sc./ B.A/ B.Com pass or pursuing the final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary education

The educational qualification for Upper Primary Teachers

· B.Sc./ B.A/ B.Com pass with minimum 45% marks and pass in or still pursuing the 1-year Bachelor in education

· 5% relaxation available for SC/ST or Physically Disabled candidates in minimum qualifying marks in secondary level and in marks of B.Sc./ B.A/ B.Com.

· Candidate is passed or still pursuing the 1-year B.Ed. special education course and B.Sc./ B.A/ B.Com passed with minimum 50% marks

Age Limit

The age limit is between 18 to 40 years. Age Relaxation is available for certain categories. Also, the candidate must be a citizen of India.

  • Mathematics: Algebra, Geometry, Arithmetic, Sets, Number System, Menstruation, Data Handling
  • Language I
  • Language II: English
  • Environmental Studies: Indian constitution, History and culture of India, Our Body – Health – Cleanliness, My Family, Work & Play, Earth and Sky, Our country (India), Our Food, Shelter, Air, Water, Plants and Animals, Our State (Andhra Pradesh)
