Will I be eligible for the TS constable recruitment if my height is 5′5″?



The Telangana State Level Police Recruitment Board is responsible for conducting the TS constable and other police exams in the state.

The eligible height for the TS Constable exam is 167.6 cm for male candidates and 157.5 cm for female candidates. There is relaxation for candidates of certain categories. If your height is 5′5″ (165.1 cm), you may not be eligible for the TS constable exam. However, we recommend that you check the official notification for the complete eligibility criteria before applying for the exam.

The age limit for the exam is 18-22 years for general candidates, the upper age relaxation is available for certain reserved categories.

The selection process for the TS constable exam includes a pre-written test, physical measurement test, physical efficiency test, and interview & document verification. Candidates who qualify for the written test will be eligible to appear for further stages.
