Can a Telangana student write the APPSC AE exam?

APPSC AE exam is conducted every year for the recruitment of Assistant Engineers. The exam is open to only those who have studied and finished their graduation in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical engineering from any other university.

And yes, candidates from other states can also apply for the APPSC AE exam. But, they won't be entitled to any reservations provided to Andhra Pradesh candidates.
